Pre-leasing your unit for the 2010-2011 school year
is easy. Just complete an
application package
and return it us with a $1,000 deposit (total for
all residents) and a
$100
per resident application fee. All leases are 12
months and our deposits are 100% refundable, less
any damages. Move-ins begin August
8th,
2010
and pre-leasing
starts today.
