Pre-leasing your unit for the 2009-2010 school year is easy.  Just complete an application package and return it us with your $1,000 deposit and a $50 per resident application fee.  All leases are 12 months and our deposits are 100% refundable, less any damages.  Move-ins begin August 8th, 2009 and pre-leasing starts today.
